Winchesters, pre-Stanford
Based on fanfic (I don't link because it's in Russian), where Sam, as you can see, stuck with cast for some time. He's really really bitchy and Dean is so patient he brings home porn and beer and his only revenge is painting over Sam's cast. (Suddenly he appears to be not so bad in it *laughs*).
And well, you know how all good wincest story ends, and this is really a good one))
